Return Process
To request a return, please contact us via email: contact@tytlprints.com. We will provide you with a unique return number that allows our warehouse managers to quickly locate your return order. You can then fill in the delivery address containing the return code into the logistics form and return the items to our company warehouse address

Non-Quality Issue Returns
For returns that have nothing to do with product quality (for example, you no longer like the pattern of the digital oil painting kit, or you originally planned to give it to a friend but changed your plan after receiving the product, etc.), in order to provide customers with a good shopping experience guarantee, In addition to giving a full refund, we are still willing to bear 50% of the logistics costs incurred by you in returning the goods to our warehouse. The other 50% of the return logistics costs need to be borne by you.

Damage and Problems
After receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If there are any defects in the frame, canvas, brushes or paints, or if you receive the wrong item that does not match the pattern you ordered, please contact us immediately for a prompt solution.
If the DIY paint by numbers kit you receive has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will provide a full refund and cover all return logistics costs.
Product Inspection and Acceptance Instructions
We understand that you have high expectations for the quality and integrity of your purchases. In order to ensure that you can enjoy the best shopping experience when receiving the goods, please check and accept the package carefully when signing for it.
Outer packaging inspection: First, please check whether the outer packaging is intact. If you find that the outer packaging is obviously broken or damaged, it is recommended to take a photo in front of the courier and record it for future claims.
Product Internal Inspection: After opening the package, please carefully inspect the item (frame, canvas, brushes, paints, accessories) itself. Check for any manufacturing defects, damage, or anything that doesn’t meet your expectations. If you notice any issues, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will provide a solution as soon as possible.
Verify your order: Make sure the item you receive matches the item listed in your order. Check information such as the pattern of the canvas, the size of the frame, the color of the paint, etc. to avoid any mistakes.
Packaging suggestions for returns
We understand that proper packaging during the returns process is critical to the safe shipping of your merchandise. To ensure your return goes smoothly and to reduce the risk of damage to your merchandise during the return process, please follow these recommendations for packaging:
Use Original Packaging: If possible, please use our original supplied packaging. This ensures optimal protection of the goods during transportation.
Proper padding: Add enough padding to the package, such as foam, bubble wrap, etc., to ensure that the goods will not be bumped or squeezed in the package.
SECURE SEAL: Use strong tape to securely seal packages to prevent accidental opening during shipping.
Refund Policies
Refunds Before We Ship: If you request a refund before we ship your item, we will charge a 4.5% cancellation fee, which is used to cover PayPal’s service fees. Because paypal will charge us regardless of whether the transaction is successful or not, we have to charge this fee to the customer to make up for the loss.
Refund before delivery: Refunds are processed after shipment. During this period, we are unable to intercept packages in transit, so you must wait for the goods to arrive and then enter the “non-quality return” process.
Replace product
For product exchanges, the fastest method is to return the item and purchase a new one separately.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we’ll notify you and issue an immediate refund(within one working day). Note that while the funds leave our account promptly, your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and release the payment. A refund receipt will be sent to the email address used for the original purchase.
